19-10-205. Rules and regulations.The Arkansas State Claims Commission shall have the power to make and alter or amend all rules and regulations governing the procedure before it which may be deemed necessary and expedient for the orderly discharge of its duties and which shall not be inconsistent with any of the provisions of this subchapter or other laws.
