§ 19-10-202 - Director -- Personnel.
19-10-202. Director -- Personnel.(a) The Executive Secretary or Clerk of the Arkansas State Claims Commission shall be designated by the commission and shall serve as the director of the commission.
(b) The commission may appoint such other personnel as may be necessary to effectuate the operations of the commission and as may be authorized by biennial appropriation of the General Assembly.
