§ 17-30-202 - Officers and employees.

17-30-202. Officers and employees.

The State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors shall:

(1) Select its own officers; and

(2) Have the power to appoint an executive director who shall serve as secretary-treasurer of the board.
