16-94-102. Transfer of convicted foreign citizens or nationals under treaty.When a treaty is in effect between the United States and a foreign country providing for the transfer of a convicted offender who is a citizen or national of the foreign country to that country, the Governor is authorized, subject to the terms of the treaty, to consent to the transfer of the convicted offender.
