§ 16-19-905 - Stayed judgment lien on personal property.
16-19-905. Stayed judgment lien on personal property.In all cases where execution is stayed on any judgment rendered by a justice of the peace under the provisions of this subchapter, the judgment shall be a lien upon all the personal property subject to execution belonging to the defendant at the time of the rendition of the judgment.
