§ 15-4-1018 - Bonds or notes of the company.
15-4-1018. Bonds or notes of the company.(a) From time to time as the conduct of its business requires, any capital development company may issue and sell bonds or notes at a price and on terms determined by the governing board.
(b) The bonds or notes of the capital development company shall be executed by the authorized officers of the company.
