§ 14-22-115 - Legal counsel.
14-22-115. Legal counsel.The purchasing official, upon approval of the county court, may call upon the prosecuting attorney of the district in which the county lies, or employ counsel for advice and aid in the preparation of necessary contracts and all other legal matters in connection with those purchases.
