§ 14-15-417 - Willful neglect of duty.
14-15-417. Willful neglect of duty.If any recorder willfully neglects to perform any of the duties required of him by 14-15-401, 14-15-402, 14-15-407, 14-15-409 -- 14-15-414, and 14-14-416 -- 14-15-420 or willfully performs them in any other manner than is required by law, he shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor in office and shall be proceeded against accordingly.
