§ 13-8-209 - Award of contracts.
13-8-209. Award of contracts.Pursuant to the instruction of the selection committee for the project, the Arkansas Building Authority shall award contracts for the purchase or commission of art work for the Arkansas Public Art Program, and the owner agency shall administer payments.
