12-87-103. Applicability to volunteer health practitioners. [Effective October 1, 2009.]This chapter applies to volunteer health practitioners registered with a registration system that complies with 12-87-105 and who provide health or veterinary services in this state for a host entity while an emergency declaration is in effect.
