16-620. Tabulation and publication of condensed abstracts; costs of transmittal
A. When the condensed abstract is received by the officer in charge of the election, it shall be at once transcribed upon a tabulation containing all the precincts in the county, and the tabulation shall be open to the inspection of the public at the office of the board of supervisors and also at some convenient public place.
B. The cost of transmittal of the condensed abstracts to the clerk of the board of supervisors shall be a county charge.
