6-151. Injunctions

If it appears to the superintendent that any person has committed or is about to commit a violation of any provision of this article or of any rule or order of the superintendent, the superintendent may apply to the superior court for an order enjoining such person from violating or continuing to violate this article or any regulation or order and for injunctive or other relief as the nature of the case or the interests of the bank, trust company or savings and loan association, the depositors, beneficiaries, creditors or shareholders of such bank, trust company or savings and loan association may require.
