41-4024. Budget; disposition of revenues

A. The director shall annually prepare and submit a budget estimate and appropriation request for the department pursuant to title 35, chapter 1.

B. At least once each week the director shall deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all monies received by the department pursuant to this article in the state general fund.
