§ 36-1639 Exemptions

36-1639. Exemptions

This article does not apply to:

1. Manufactured homes as defined in section 41-4001 that were manufactured from and after June 15, 1976.

2. Factory-built buildings as defined by section 41-4001 that display an insignia of approval from the Arizona department of housing, office of administration.
