§ 28-9501 Definitions
28-9501. Definitions

In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires:
1. " Commercial device" means any measuring device that is used to determine the direct cost of things or used to establish a fee for service if the cost is based on measure.
2. " Taxi meter" means a commercial device that meets the requirements of the national institute of standards and technology handbook 44 as prescribed by section 3-3413.
