§ 36-2999.07 Reporting requirements
36-2999.07. Reporting requirements
A. On an annual basis, the administration shall report on its efforts to support the development and implementation of the program established pursuant to this article.
B. The administration shall submit a copy of its report to the governor, the president of the senate, the speaker of the house of representatives and the chairpersons of the health committees of the senate and the house of representatives, or their successor committees.
