§ 3-351.01 Registration fee; increase or decrease; exemption
3-351.01. Registration fee; increase or decrease; exemption

A. Notwithstanding any other law, the director, with the assistance of the department of agriculture advisory council, may increase or decrease the registration fee established by section 3-351 until June 30, 2016.
B. Any additional revenue generated by increasing the fee as provided in subsection A of this section must be deposited in the pesticide trust fund established by section 3-350. The fee may not be reduced pursuant to subsection A of this section below one hundred dollars.
C. The department is exempt from the rulemaking requirements of title 41, chapter 6 for the purpose of increasing or decreasing fees pursuant to this section until July 1, 2016.
