5-236. Violation; classification
A person is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor who:
1. Conducts, holds or gives boxing contests or participates in any boxing contest without first having procured an appropriate license as prescribed in this article.
2. Violates any provision of this chapter or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter.
