44-6556. Public records
Registration statements, applications, reports, contracts or agreements of charitable organizations and contracted fund raisers and all other documents and information required to be filed under this article with the secretary of state are public records in the office of the secretary of state and are open to the public for inspection at such times as the secretary of state prescribes.
