41-804. Motor vehicle pool revolving fund
There is established a motor vehicle pool revolving fund for the purpose of receiving payment of costs incurred by state departments and agencies through motor vehicle services and for financing the operation of the motor vehicle pool. All monies received by the director in payment for motor vehicle services shall be deposited, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, in this fund. Monies in the fund are subject to legislative appropriation.
