29-751. Definition of business entity
As used in this article, "business entity" means a corporation, a business trust, a real estate investment trust, an unincorporated business association, a general partnership, a limited partnership or a domestic or foreign limited liability company formed or organized under the laws of this state, any other state, the United States, any foreign country or any other foreign jurisdiction.
