15-153.01. School safety program guidance manual; requirement
Beginning in the 2012-2013 school year, the school safety program oversight committee, established pursuant to section 15-153, shall include in the school safety program guidance manual a requirement that a dispute resolution process be included in the service agreement between a school district or charter school that received a grant from the school safety program and the law enforcement agency providing services to the school district or charter school.
