13-3722. Solicitations for American veterans' organizations; approval; violation; classification
A. It is unlawful for a person to solicit money or other support in the name of American veterans unless the veterans' organization for which the person is soliciting money or other support is registered with the secretary of state pursuant to section 44-6552.
B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.
