13-3712. Interruption of or injury to cable television systems; classification
Any person who, without the consent of the owner, knowingly tampers with, removes or injures any cable, wire, microwave or other component of a licensed cable television system as defined in section 9-505 or knowingly interrupts the service of such a licensed cable television system without the consent of the owner is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.
