8-355. School; employment; community restitution programs
The juvenile intensive probation team shall ensure that each juvenile under its supervision is either employed, attending school, participating in a community restitution program or attending a court ordered treatment program or any combination thereof as ordered by the court for not less than thirty-two hours each week.
