6-479. Information to federal authorities

The superintendent may give copies of reports of his examinations of an association, and copies of the association's reports to him, and any other information which he has concerning the association, to the federal home loan bank, or its successor instrumentality, of which the association is a member, or to the insurance corporation which has insured the association's capital. No such action by the superintendent shall relieve the association from compliance with any requirements of such federal instrumentality concerning examinations or reports, or limit the superintendent's powers to examine or to require reports from the association.
