6-112 Deputy superintendent; examiners; personnel

6-112. Deputy superintendent; examiners; personnel A. The superintendent shall appoint a deputy superintendent who shall have the power and perform the duties of the superintendent. The deputy superintendent shall hold such appointment at the will and pleasure of the superintendent. B. The superintendent may appoint such assistants as he deems necessary whose powers shall be limited to the powers, duties or functions set forth in the appointment. C. The superintendent shall appoint such examiners and other personnel necessary. |
