49-1036 Remission and disposition of revenues

49-1036. Remission and disposition of revenues (Conditionally Rpld.) The director shall promptly deposit, pursuant to sections 35-146 and 35-147, all monies collected under this article and shall credit these payments to the underground storage tank revolving fund as follows: 1. Nine-tenths of the net revenues shall be credited to the assurance account. 2. One-tenth of the net revenues shall be credited to the grant account until the balance in the grant account exceeds five million six hundred thousand dollars, from and after which date all of the net revenues shall be credited to the assurance account. |
