48-6635. Regulating sale, use and consumption of alcoholic beverages (Conditionally Rpld. Delayed Rpld.) Subject to the requirements of title 4, the board may permit, prohibit or regulate the sale, use and consumption of alcoholic beverages on property owned, leased or subleased by the district under this chapter. |
