48-2221 Rentals and service charges

48-2221. Rentals and service charges The board of directors of a health service district may charge and collect rentals and service charges for any service performed or property furnished by the district. Revenue therefrom shall be paid into the organizing county treasury to the credit of the operating fund or bond redemption fund of the district. |
