44-1242. Sale under own trademark or brand; authority of manufacturer This article shall not prohibit any person from selling under his own trademarks, trade names, brands, or the words "no brand", the product of any manufacturer, if such person has first obtained the written authorization of the true manufacturer so to sell such product. |
