41-784. Nonconformity with federal regulations granting federal funds Any provision of this article or article 5 of this chapter that conflicts or is inconsistent with federal rules, regulations or standards governing the grant of federal funds to any agency or department of the state is not applicable to such agency or department. The director is authorized to vary the terms of the personnel rules as applicable to such agencies and departments to comply with the conditions for federal grants. |
