36-596.55. Community based services A. The family support program may assist with other community based resources in developing community based services by establishing a program of grants to districts and local agencies and providers, both public and private, and to consumer groups to establish or develop family support services. The family support program may also contract directly with public and private providers and consumer groups to establish community based services programs if they are not readily available. B. The family support program may provide technical assistance to public and private agencies and to consumer groups that are developing or offering family support services. |
