32-3053. Persons doing business without a license The board may make investigations as provided in section 32-3003, subsection B in order to determine whether a person doing business in this state is required to hold a license as prescribed in this chapter. If the board determines that a person is doing business without holding a license required by this chapter, the board may bring an action as provided in section 32-3057. |
