32-2319. Continuing education

A. In order to satisfy continuing education requirements, a licensee shall verify attendance at programs of instruction that are overseen and approved by the acting director and that are designed to augment the proficiency of the licensed applicator or qualifying party relating to pest management.

B. If one individual holds both an applicator license and a qualifying party license, the completion of a minimum of six hours of continuing education in the preceding year for the applicator license satisfies the continuing education requirements for both the applicator license and qualifying party license.
