28-6351. Definitions In this article, unless the context otherwise requires: 1. "Controlled access highway" has the same meaning prescribed in section 28-601. 2. "Enhancement" means an addition that exceeds generally accepted engineering or design standards for the specific type of facility. 3. "Regional transportation plan" means the twenty year comprehensive, performance based, multimodal and coordinated regional transportation plan approved for the county pursuant to section 28-6308, as amended or otherwise modified. |
