28-6311. Construction contract A. The department may contract with cities and towns in the county and with the county to allow the cities and towns and the county to construct the controlled access highways or related grade separations of controlled access highways prescribed in sections 28-6304 and 28-6305. B. This article does not limit existing intergovernmental agreements or letters of intent between the department and a city or town. |
