28-4307. Civil damages; exception

A dealer who suffers a pecuniary loss or who is otherwise adversely affected because of a violation of this chapter by a manufacturer or distributor has a cause of action against the manufacturer or distributor for damages and may recover those damages in any court of competent jurisdiction. This section does not apply to a manufacturer or distributor of motorcycles.
