26-263. Appropriations; purposes; exemption

A. The sum of $75,000 and 1 FTE is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal years 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 and each year thereafter to the department of commerce.

B. The sum of $100,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in fiscal years 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 and each year thereafter to the attorney general's office for implementation of section 9-461.06, title 11, chapter 6, article 1 and section 28-8481.

C. For fiscal years 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 and each year thereafter, the sum of $4,825,000 is appropriated from the state general fund to the military installation fund established by, and for the purposes prescribed by, section 41-1512.01.

D. The appropriations made in subsections A, B and C of this section are exempt from the provisions of section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations.
