20-1243.01. Scope and limitation of article A. This article applies to any recommendation to purchase or exchange an annuity that is made to a consumer by an insurance producer, or an insurer if no producer is involved, that results in the recommended purchase or exchange. B. Nothing in this article shall be construed to affect in any manner any provision of title 44, chapters 12 and 13. |
