2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §6-1105  Application for approval

A. An application shall be in writing, in such form as the superintendent may prescribe and accompanied by the information, data and records the superintendent requires. The superintendent shall prescribe by rule or order the form of the application and the information, data or records which may be required.

B. The superintendent shall cause copies of an initial application and any amendment or supplement to the application to be given to the financial institution concerned and the controlling person, if any, within three business days.
