2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §6-1102  Prohibitions

A person shall not directly or indirectly take any action that causes or results in a company becoming a financial institution holding company, except with the approval of the superintendent pursuant to this article or as otherwise permitted by this article.
