2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §6-146  Material change of fact; filing amended statements

If any material change occurs in the facts set forth in the application, or if for any other reason the acquiring party desires to amend such application, an amendment setting forth such change, together with copies of all documents and other material relevant to such change, shall be filed with the superintendent.
