2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §5-521  State lottery fund

The state lottery fund is established consisting of all revenues received from the sale of lottery tickets or shares, the fees, if any, charged pursuant to section 5-504 and all other monies credited or transferred from any other fund or source pursuant to statute, with the exception of those monies apportioned for payment of prizes and deposited as provided in section 5-523.
