2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §5-515 Sale of tickets or shares to underage persons; violation; classification
A. Until June 1, 2003, it is unlawful for a person to sell or offer to sell a lottery ticket or share to any person who is under eighteen years of age. Beginning on June 1, 2003, it is unlawful for a person to sell or offer to sell a lottery ticket or share to any person who is under the age of twenty-one years.
B. A person who violates this section is guilty of a class 3 misdemeanor.
