2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §49-471.03  Inspections

The control officer shall follow the protocols and allow permittees opportunities to correct deficiencies found during inspections in a manner substantially identical to section 41-1009, except that section 41-1009, subsection L, paragraph 1 does not apply.
