2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §48-5106 Budget process
The board shall adopt a budget process that ensures that the estimated cost of the regional public transportation system, including corridors, corridor segments and bus purchase and operating costs, does not exceed the total amount of revenues estimated to be available for the regional public transportation system.
