2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §48-652  Order for issuance of bonds

When the public interest or convenience requires, or when the governing body of a municipality deems it expedient and advisable, the governing body may order issuance of refunding bonds to refund all or any part of the outstanding bonded indebtedness incurred under articles 1 and 2 of this chapter, or chapter 144, session laws of 1919, or amendments thereof.
