2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §44-1616  Possession of marked articles without written consent as evidence of unlawful use

Use of supplies marked as provided in section 44-1611 by a person other than the supplier whose name, mark or device is on such supplies, without the written consent of the registrant of the name, mark or device, or possession of such supplies by any junk dealer or dealer in second-hand articles shall be prima facie evidence of unlawful use of or traffic in the supplies.
