2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §44-1615  Acceptance of money deposit by supplier distinguished from sale

Acceptance of money by the supplier of articles marked as provided in section 44-1611 as a deposit to secure safekeeping and return of such articles or supplies does not constitute a sale of the property, either optional or otherwise, in any proceeding under this article.
